I adopted the name and created my own little concept around the term ‘Lightworker’ because it is a way for people to come together who want to be a part of something beautiful in the world and want to live in a positive and happy mindset. It’s also perfect for those of us who are currently feeling a little lost, a little defeated, overwhelmed or a little down because it gives you a place to go. It offers us all a wonderful purpose to help guide us while we are still understanding our life and working out what our true gifts are, and while our purpose unfolds.
Do you need supplements to reach your health and fitness goals, whether performance, physique or lifestyle related?
The answer can be both depending on a number of factors. Things like your overall dietary intake, the source/quality of the food you are eating, whether your demands are higher based on your activity level, your individual body requirements, your lifestyle, and most importantly, preference.
I don't think we need anymore 12 week challenges, 30 day shreds, 7 day slim-downs, 6 week booty programs etc.
What we do need and what I think is lacking is more HEALTH coaches! More trainers who are committed to overall health and wellness- physical, social, spiritual, etc and helping people better their lives and gain clarity.
Move By Minerva really is an extension of me. It's the same approach of simplicity and doing small things consistently so that we can be at our best, and therefore bring our best.
There is no hype, no fluff, no clever marketing, no BS claims, no creating urgency or FOMO (fear of missing out), no manipulation or self worth promises. It just simply is what it is and helps with healthy ageing.

Anyone who trains with me, or has trained with me, or done my workouts will tell you, my workouts are LEGIT! I am constantly writing new training programs because I love moving my body, challenging myself, and creating badass new routines that make me FEEL good.
