My fitness programs for women are a style of training that incorporates weight training, body-weight, HIIT, circuits style, super-sets and plyometrics. They are all designed based around my 18+ years experience and education within the health and fitness industry. The sessions are structured in a way that are fun, challenging, and targets all area's of wellness. The goal is to build a fit, strong, badass body that allows you to look and more importantly, FEEL your best. These are not your typical same old boring workout routines that have you sitting around and losing interest. You will finish feeling, strong, powerful and accomplished after each session.

As a trainer and coach I have worked across many areas of the fitness industry and not only do I provide fun and results-proven training, but I also love completely shifting my clients perception when it comes to body image, purpose and what it means to be healthy, happy and find success in life.

Note: If you require nutrition and overall coaching you will be required to do a 1 hour initial consultation prior to commencing personal training.
