Have you ever considerED how Much your obsession and self-hatred in regards to your body and being consumed by your food constantly is impacting you partners, husbands, boyfriends etc?
I cannot stress to you how much you are hurting those you love, how much joy you are taking away from not just your own life, but your relationships with your partners and loved ones.
These people love and cherish YOU! They do not care. People don't stay with people purely because of how they look, and if they are then you are in the wrong relationship, and those kind of relationships never last anyway. We all age, and our bodies change over our lives, so TRUE love is built by what is on the inside.
When I first met Marcus, I was in the early stages of competing and was as low as 56kg. I pretty quickly picked up behaviours that had me struggling and with massive problems with food. Bingeing, starving, restrictions, excessive exercise, lead to me not too long after reaching my highest weight of 84kgs. My weight and body shape has NEVER once affected his opinion, love or affection for me. After almost 8 years, he has seen my whole journey from all the highs to lowest of lows, and all that he ever cared about was me being healthy and happy. Marcus, like most partners, want to live and share their life with a person, with feelings, that's wise, happy, caring, energetic, funny, loyal, compassionate…not a set of abs!

I want to inspire you and show you ladies how to aim for balance and consistency all year round. Like me I want you to finally live a happy, healthy life, and never again allow anyone or anything to dictate to you how your body 'should look’. Don’t damage your relationships with those whom you love and cherish most. Always think back to how your unwarranted obsession with your body is interfering with their right to live a life filled with adventure, making memories and enjoying life.
Remember, if you are constantly thinking and worrying about food, you are NOT living a health and fitness LIFESTYLE, you are being consumed by it.
